COMMUNITY PARK

Public BBQ

Community Park sits right on the foreshore at Point Samson, where the beach meets one of the region's better playgrounds. The equipment stands out - wooden slides and climbing obstacles provide something different from standard plastic setups, with shade cover overhead. Kids can spot marine life in nearby rockpools during low tide. Visitors have reported finding crabs, octopus, and plenty of coral and shells along the shore. The park handles families and dogs well, with ocean views from most spots. Parking is straightforward and free. Point Samson Tavern nearby does solid fish and chips if you need food after a session at the beach.
